PARC & Save Thrift Store – Supervisor/Customer Service Lead Associate

Performs general supervision duties under the direction of Operations Manager. Distributes work assignments and monitors work performed to ensure tasks are being completed in a safe and efficient manner. Provides training and instruction to Customer Service Associates in varying ways and using individualized methods that encourage their success and personal growth. Processes payment transactions using a cash register and electronic terminal. Responsible for keeping accurate records, making bank runs, etc. Performs direct labor, merchandising, lifting up to 50lbs, cleaning, and prioritizing tasks. Position requires working indoors and outdoors in weather. *This position is given preference to a person with a documentation of disability. Rate of pay is based on experience ($9-$11.00/hour to start). Store is open Wednesday – Saturday; Dependability is key. This is a Part Time position (up to 30 hours/week). Hours from 9am-6pm. Custodian – Brigham City Part-Time

This custodian position is located at the Brigham City Regional Center in Brigham City. This is Monday through Friday custodial shift starts at 8:00 PM and will end no later than 2:00 AM – totally about 30 hours per week. Working with a supervised team, your basic duties include: cleaning classrooms and restrooms, mopping floors, cleaning sinks, mirrors, urinals, emptying trash, vacuuming floors, restocking soap and paper supplies, washing windows, and stripping and re-waxing floors, etc. Pay is $8/hr No benefits. *This position is given preference to a person with a documentation of disability. Custodian – Brigham City – Logistical Support

This lead custodian position is located at the Brigham City Regional Center in Brigham City. This is Monday through Friday custodial shift starts as early as 7:00 PM and will end no later than 3:00 AM – totally about 30-40 hours per week. Working with a supervised team and at times leading and directing teams, your basic duties include but are not limited to: cleaning classrooms and restrooms, mopping floors, cleaning sinks, mirrors, urinals, emptying trash, vacuuming floors, restocking soap and paper supplies, washing windows, and stripping and re-waxing floors, scheduling, inspecting, directing, extra jobs or specific assignments, etc. Pay is $9/hour. Full Job Description

Custodian – Hill AFB – Full Time

This custodian position is located on Hill Air Force Base.There are 3 different shifts available that are as follows:
– Day time shift with work starting at 6:30 AM and ending at 2:00 PM Monday through Friday- totaling up to 40 hours per week. Rate is $10.15 per hour plus benefits.
– Day time shift with work starting at 11 am and ending at 7:30 pm Monday through Friday – totaling up to 40 hours per week. Rate is $10.15 per hour plus benefits.
– Swing shift with work starting at 5pm and ending at 1:30am Monday through Friday – totaling up to 40 hours per week. Rate is $10.40 per hour plus benefits.
Follows the schedule of work to be accomplished during the shift and reports progress to supervisor. – Cleans restrooms, using prescribed equipment and chemicals, to include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and emptying trash. – Spot cleans floors, switches, doors, and walls. – Restocks soap and paper supplies. – Vacuums floors. – Strips, waxes, and buffs room and hall floors using commercial-type equipment. – Completes light dusting as required. – Washes windows as assigned. – Remains courteous and professional to all teammates and patrons. – Performs work safely and abides by all safety policies and procedures. – Maintain storage areas and cleaning equipment, materials and supplies in a safe and orderly manner in order to ensure the safety of staff and the public. – Attends meetings and training sessions as required. – Performs other duties as assigned by Project Manager. Program Assistant – Job Coach

PARC is currently looking to hire two Program Assistant – Job Coach. One for the Davis County area and the other for Salt Lake City. This is a part-time, 17.5 hour week position starting at $11.33/hr helping our clients be successful in finding and keeping jobs within our community. PARC is a part of the Davis School District and offers a community based program that provides assistance in obtaining and maintaining successful employment through integration within the community. People with disabilities are placed in local jobs. Job coaches support the individual through training and quality control. Once training is completed, the job coach will provide ongoing support as needed to ensure success. Each staff member of PARC ensures and believes in providing persons with disabilities opportunities to earn wages, make informed individual personal choices, interact in an environment of human diversity, and create accessibility to a variety of programs and services.
