Employment of Choice

PARC Employment of Choice
Employment of Choice (EOC) is a day training and employment program that supports people with disabilities in paid work, social activities and specialized skill learning. This is also a good option for individuals requiring on-going supervision and support. Trained supervisors manage crews and work on maximizing each person’s capabilities.

“We love PARC. We can’t say enough good about it. It’s a God-send for my son, for him being here, being able to have the interaction with his peers and his friends. It’s wonderful to have this kind of environment where he is safe.”

The goal of the Employment of Choice program is to help every
individual meet the goals the he/she has set for themselves.
