Davis Behavioral Health’s (DBH) mission is to provide comprehensive, quality behavioral health services to individuals, families and our community through: Effective Clinical Practice with Evidence-based Outcomes provided in a Fiscally Responsible manner to ensure Client/Family, Community and Staff Satisfaction.

Davis Behavioral Health is a private, non-profit corporation providing behavioral health services to residents of Davis County, Utah. Comprehensive and integrated behavioral health services are available for adults, adolescents, and children; the wide range of programs and services allow for specific and appropriate treatment. DBH works with those seeking treatment for themselves or a loved one, as well as with referring health or mental health professions.

DBH provides mental health and substance abuse treatment to Davis County residents.

Employment Personal Assistance Program (EPAS) EPAS is Medicaid personal care services provided to people with disabilities to support them in maintaining employment.

EPAS is designed to provide personal assistance for people who may have physical, mental, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities that are working in integrated, competitive employment. The assistance provided is for tasks directly related to maintaining employment.

Personal assistance is a service provided by a person to assist an individual who has a disability, and who because of his or her disability, needs help with personal tasks & daily activities on or off the job to support employment.

Family Counseling Services of Northern Utah (FCS) is a United Way agency serving Weber, Morgan, Box Elder, and Davis counties. Family Counseling Service offers a variety of counseling to help you improve your life. Services offered are: Anger Management Classes, Anxiety and Stress, Family, Depression, Abuse of Children, Marriage and Couples, Physical and Sexual Abuse, Children’s Issues, and Chronic Dissatisfaction.
